100% Hautvillers 1er Cru, clay-limestone soil.
Vineyard management in integrated viticulture, with mechanical work of the soil and ploughing. Our vines are pruned in chablis and cordon de Royat.<\/p>

Maturity control on the plot. Manual harvest with sorting on the vine.<\/p>

Should be enjoyed chilled in order to appreciate its finesse and aromas to the full.
