TRADITION DEMI-SEC

Made from the same grape blend as our Tradition Brut and finished with a higher dosage, this Champagne offers exceptional softness and roundness. Generous fruit notes on the palate make it particularly appealing.

An ideal companion to desserts, it also pairs beautifully with foie gras.

TRADITION BRUT

GRANDE RESERVE EXTRA BRUT

It has a light gold color with fine bubbles. Discreet, ripe fruit aromas with the freshness of Chardonnay. This cuvée asserts its full-bodied, mineral character, evolving into aromas of dried fruit. The finish is long and warm, yet elegant. This prestigious cuvée is the perfect accompaniment for special occasions.

It’s also an excellent accompaniment to white meats, fatty fish, mild and soft cheeses.

The color is a pretty pastel pink with light salmon hues and a lively effervescence.
This refreshing cuvée plays the seductive card with its citrus scents and red fruit aromas.
Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany a verrine of fresh marinated salmon.

Cuvées Signatures

BLANC DE BLANCS BRUT

Attractive golden color with golden highlights, beautiful effervescence.
Expressive nose of white flowers and citrus fruit.

More pronounced pastry and buttery notes emerge, followed by a pleasantly fleshy, aromatic attack echoing the same nuances as the nose.

Long, well-balanced finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with roast poultry or white fish in cream sauce.

Cuvée Icône

CUVÉE 1903

Delicate ripe fruit aromas are balanced by the freshness of Chardonnay. The cuvée expresses a rich, mineral-driven structure, evolving towards dried fruit and delicate hints of vanilla. The finish is long, warm, and refined.
