Produced on the same basis as our Tradition Brut, with a higher sugar content.
A remarkably supple and round Champagne, with a fruity mouthfeel that makes it a pleasure to drink.

It will be the finishing touch to all your desserts, or to accompany foie gras toast.

100% Hautvillers 1er Cru, clay-limestone soil. Viticulture Raisonnée with mechanical working of the soil, ploughing. Our vines are chablis and cordon de Royat pruned.

TRADITION BRUT

Beautiful light gold color with fine effervescence. A very subtle nose with notes of ripe white peach. Very harmonious on the palate, in keeping with the nose. Ideal as an aperitif, or to accompany a meal.

GRANDE RESERVE EXTRA BRUT

It has a light gold color with fine bubbles. Discreet, ripe fruit aromas with the freshness of Chardonnay. This cuvée asserts its full-bodied, mineral character, evolving into aromas of dried fruit. The finish is long and warm, yet elegant. This prestigious cuvée
will be a wonderful accompaniment to your special occasions. It’s also an excellent accompaniment to white meats, fatty fish, mild and soft cheeses.

TRADITION ROSE BRUT

The color is a pretty pastel pink with light salmon hues and a lively effervescence.
This refreshing cuvée plays the seductive card with its citrus scents and red fruit aromas.
Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany a verrine of fresh marinated salmon.

Cuvées Signatures

BLANC DE BLANCS BRUT

Attractive golden color with golden highlights, beautiful effervescence.
Expressive nose of white flowers and citrus fruit. More pronounced pastry and butter notes follow. A pleasantly fleshy, aromatic attack with the same aromas as the nose.
Long, well-balanced finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with roast poultry or white fish in cream sauce.

CUVÉE 1903
