Attractive golden colour with golden highlights, lovely effervescence.
An expressive nose with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit. More pronounced pastry and butter notes follow. A pleasantly fleshy, aromatic attack with the same aromas as the nose.
Long and well-balanced finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with roast poultry or white fish in cream sauce.
TERROIR:
100% Hautvillers 1er Cru, clay-limestone soil.
Vineyard management in integrated viticulture, with mechanical work of the soil
and ploughing. Our vines are pruned in chablis and cordon de Royat.
HARVEST:
100% Harvest 2019
Maturity control on the plot. Manual harvest with sorting on the vine.
BLEND:
100% Chardonnay
DOSAGE :
7,5 g/L
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Should be enjoyed chilled in order to appreciate its finesse and aromas to the full. The ideal temperature is between about 8-10°C. 20 minutes in an ice bucket, or 3-4 hours lying in a refrigerator.
